High power lasers are used for many industrial applications - e.g. materials processing. Additionally the lasers are used in many cases as light sources for image recognition systems and measuring tasks. For these applications homogeneous illuminated square or rectangular areas and lines are essential and offer many significant benefits. LIMO has been producing high precision micro lens arrays and compact beam shaping modules which include already integrated and adjusted micro lenses.  These modules are easy to position in the collimated laser beam to shape the customized beam geometry with the best homogeneity and efficiency.
