| PVA's
selective conformal coating systems provide a cleaner, more efficient
process by utilizing a controlled spray application resulting in transfer
efficiencies of 99%.Automation brings consistent results to a much more
environmentally friendly process. PVA offers both inline and manually
fed coating systems to fit any application size. A combination of atomized
and non-atomized spray and dispense nozzles, as well as three or four-axis
continuous motion assure integrity around keep-out zones. Pathmaster® Windows® based software permits online and offline programming capabilities for fast path generation. PVA also offers a variety of process controls, board handling options, and curing equipment to fill out your entire process. |
