3240 Pick and Place IC handler

Chroma 3240 is a pick & place IC handler which is capable of handling various types of package such as QFP, QFN, TSOP, BGA, μBGA and CSP, etc. The machine can handle up to 4 devices for parallel test at ambient temperature or high temperature ranging from 40°C to 135°C. In addition to the capability of handling 5x5mm~40x40mm devices, the machine is equipped with 3 auto stacks and 3 manual bin plates to maximize the loading and unloading capacity. It features a user-friendly (English/Chinese) graphic user interface based on Windows system and also provides interfaces for docking with various testers.
